Die Cutting: Select die cutting as an option if you need your material cut to a custom shape. Otherwise, standard shapes, such as squares, rectangles, rounds, and ovals, are included.

Commercial Grade Dry Erase Laminate: A 2-mil clear polyester laminate with a high performance hard coated engineered surface. The scratch and abrasion resistant polyester film is coated with a permanent solvent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive on a smooth paper liner. This film works well with quality dry erase markers and its anti-graffiti properties allows for easy removal of permanent markers and crayons.

Gloss, Matte, and Luster Laminate: Protects the graphics from abrasion, moisture, and other environmental exposures - 3 mil thickness.

Front or Reverse Side Printing: Print your image on the front side with adhesive on the back, or print the image backward (reverse) so the adhesive is on the front. Reverse side printing allows your image to be placed inside a window or other transparent surface.

Spot White & Flood White: Spot white allows transparent substrates to be accented in specific areas with white to make the image stand out. Flood white is used when the entire images needs a white accent. Both Spot white and flood white can be applied under the artwork for front mounting or over the artwork for reverse mounting. For artwork that requires spot white – add a vector shape for the spot white area in the artwork. The spot white vector shape should be included as an additional layer to your print-ready artwork or as an additional file with an identical page size.

TIPS
Always remove any solid particles, such as dirt/dust, insect parts, etc., and clean the surface thoroughly before applying. The adhesive vinyl sticker cannot be removed and repositioned once it has been applied to a surface.

FILE SETUP

Artwork:

Your uploaded artwork should be sized in accordance with your chosen product.
Artwork guidelines vary by product.

Proofing:

We require that a client review and approve a PDF proof before printing.
Hardcopy proofs are available by special request.

File Format:

We recommend saving your final artwork as a PDF.

Other Accepted File Formats Include:

JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF, BMP, PNG, EPS, CDR, PSD, or AI.
Provide artwork at the correct size.
Graphics over 200" can be scaled.
Please submit art in the CMYK colorspace.
Pantone® Coated and Uncoated spot colors are acceptable, although 100% color matching is not a standard guarantee.
Flatten all objects, gradients, swatches, symbols, special effects, and/or transparencies and outline all text.

Bleed:

For artwork that extends to the cut line – add 1/4" to each edge with a bleed.
For Flags, Fabrics, and Table Covers, please add 1" bleed per edge.
Please refer to the appropriate template for exact sizing.

Safety Margin:

Please keep text and logos at least 1/4" from all edges of the artwork.
For Flags, Fabrics, and Table Covers, please keep text and logos at least 2" from the respective templates' finished size boundary.

Mass Data Merges:

Please send a spreadsheet in one of the following formats (XLS, XLSX, ODS, CSV, or TSV) for a mass data merge.

Die Cut:

Add a vector layer with the die cut to the artwork for artwork that requires a die cut.

Spot White:

For artwork that requires spot white – add a vector shape for the spot white area in the artwork.
The spot white vector shape should be included as an additional layer to your print-ready artwork or as an additional file with an identical page size.

Resolution:

Artwork must be at least 150 DPI or higher.
Small text should be vectorized to ensure legibility.
We can print substandard art, but please note that we are not responsible for low-resolution quality or pixelation issues.
